Ingredients: 2 lobster tails, meat removed and chopped. 1 cup crab meat. 2 tablespoons butter. 1 onion, chopped. 2 cloves garlic, minced. 3 cups diced potatoes. 4 cups seafood broth. 1 cup heavy cream. Salt and pepper to taste. Chopped fresh parsley for garnish.
Instructions: Melt the butter in a big pot over medium-low heat. Add the minced garlic and chopped onion and saut until the garlic smells good. Add the diced potatoes and cook for 5 minutes.
