What is SEMCO? What is Seamless stone? These are the questions I had kept asking my interviewer when I was first applying for a job with SEMCO. I had heard so many amazing things about this company from architects, interior designers, and contractors. I was honestly privileged to land the position as the Marketing Director.

Although my field is in marketing, my manager got me hands on with the product to finally understand the passion behind the CEO’s creation of X-bond seamless stone.

SEMCO’s X-bond Seamless stone is a product made with our X-Bond system to accommodate any remodel or any existing solid substrate. It  bonds, and will interlock with the surface it is presented with. It is waterproof, 1/8th of an inch thick, breathable, and chemical resistant. What makes this product so incredible is that it will bond to virtually anything solid, and without removal. That means: no sandblasting, grinding, or setting off smoke alarms. With seamless stone, you can create honestly anything and show your inner artist.

What’s great about seamless stone is that although you can create your own masterpiece with your own design, and colors. There are no seams or weird grout lines that almost everyone complains about.

What is SEMCO? SEMCO is a surface engineering company that prides itself in their X-bond system for 20 years. We have done so much work globally and are stationed here in Las Vegas. During the surfaces convention, I got to get hands on with the product. I had to mix 1part liquid with 2parts of the “seamless stone” concoction. It made some goopy texture and I had applied it on a ceramic, and vinyl tile…. IT WENT OVER IT AND DRIED AMAZING! I didn't have to tear up the tile in order for the product to level.. because the seamless stone is flexible and self leveling. I had created this seamless modern/contemporary like thing right before my very eyes. It was incredible… and this is why I’m sharing it with everyone on TUMBLR. Please check us out!
