The entire point of these 2 (3) characters is to remind Eddy of his youth. He runs into these three kids while working at the candy store a few times, and they remind him of his childhood. Each kid even acts like one of the Eds, just to drive the point of nostalgia home even harder.

These two were actually super fun to come up with, I hope the third guy, whose name is Teddy btw, comes to me eventually.
