I feel like a lot of the endo debate hinges on people's concepts of what is reality.

Objective reality isn't a thing. Reality is warped by past experiences and differences in sensory imput.

Declaring that somebody's genuine experiences aren't real because it goes against your interpretation of the reaility of these experiences is a wild take. This is how they perceive themselves and the world. You can't fucking gatekeep that.

Also, before you say anything, if it walks like a duck and talks like a duck, it's a fucking duck. All system origins have similar experiences that define being plural/a system

oh boy i haven’t really updated this properly in a while but some new people followed me so i figured i would post a quick update!  hey my name is sean!  I went by marie for a long time on here, but that was on an impulse decision i made when i was thirteen-ish, and i don’t really feel like using it anymore.  I use they/them pronouns and I’m 22 (abt to start my last semester of college baybyyy!)

the last few months i’ve been hard at work on my thesis, which is a play retelling of the Arthurian myth of holy grail deconstructing the chosen one narrative/about being a young trans person living in a world that’s dying

also recently i bought a truly ridiculous amount of fabric because i was filled with hopeless creative energy abt pathologic and was going to make dankovsky’s coat to channel that into SOMETHING (i altered the pattern to match his and everything) and then realized 1) i did not need that much fabric because 2) i need to buy a ridiculous amount of snakeskin-patterned fabric instead so that project is currently being held hostage by my procrastination

Pros of being a system- you have safeguards against intrusive memories, negative emotions, and triggers.

Cons- you slowly ticking further and further away from what your boyfriend considers his partner with each switch. The switch is for a very obvious reason that he doesn't feel like fixing.
