Tumblr search options - Tags don't appear only hours or more, later

Taging your work whetherwe we are talking about fanfictions, edits etc. seems to have become more and more difficulter in recent weeks.

If you want to be found over your tags in the tumblr search option, these days, new work neither use to appear under the most popular postings (of course cause if the taging, search option or if you are taging certain tags didn't work how would a post get enough posts unless you have a lot of followers and they gave you a lot of likes/ reblogs) but also not under the newest postings - well at least for around 9 to 10 or more hours.

I've been uploading several edits and they all use to appear several hours later but only if you use the right tags, well sort of cause some of the tags still didn't work.

An example: if you have used 6 tags under your post, just the half of them work.

I've heread and read others have experienced the same and that some use to use tricks like delating the original post and re- posting them.

Are there other tricks?

What I need...

Love of the verse I need some way to organize my likes or search them by tags. Scrolling through them to find what I'm looking for is starting to feel like going on an epic quest. A lot of peril and getting side tracked.

@staff Why isn't there an option for me to search tagged posts only when searching through my blog? Please fix this.
