@seatizen || walter & marisa do questionably legal things
She’s sitting in the car, one finger placed upon her bottom lip, tugging it downward slightly while she stared out the window at the building across the . It was stately, tall, brutalist in design, and very clean. She admired the golden hand rails leading up to the wide glass doors. Applauded silently the crisp grass and flowering trees on the sides of the steps, providing shade and atmosphere. Something to hide the concrete walls behind and give more of a warm, welcoming feel to the place. And Marisa knew that she was inside. The case worker. Lorelei.
It was in the midst of this reverie that she heard the car door open and shut it, the vehicle wobbling as someone climbed inside. She hardly looked to see who it was at first, but as she heard the clinking of tools, her head whipped around to examine the sound.
“What on earth did you bring? I said let’s interrogate her, not —I mean, what is that even for?” She asked, pointing at the other’s items.
@seatizen gets a starter from eleanor
Eleanor didn't always remember patients. Too many came in and out of the ER and trauma for her to know by face unless they were frequent flyers. So when the man approached her as she sat in the restaurant, waiting for Jackie, his face didn't ring an immediate bell. But he apparently knew her, as he addressed her by name, engaging her curiosity.
"Sorry," she she said, brow knitting together, "but do I know you?"
@seatizen wanted a birthday thing for lyra.
“it en’t that much different being thirteen than it is being twelve,” lyra admitted with a light shrug of her shoulders. “I am technically a teenager now though. that’s a bit strange to think about.” she was at an age where pan could settle any day now. something told her it wouldn’t be very long…
@detwalter gets a plotted thing!
With Shauna having left after their somewhat failed attempt of doing a run through of what to do, she thought it would be best to monitor the forums. The last she had checked, there was only the missing persons poster on Adam with the usual information and messages from his family and friends. Of course there were a few threads talking about the artists' disappearance but she hadn't batted an eye at any of them; they were all filled with UFO's took him or that Big Foot had got a hold of him. They were all comical assumptions that didn't have her worrying.
That was until she logged in and scrolled down a bit and read a comment made by a 'puttingthesickinforensics' who seemed to know too much. After the initial panic wore off and Misty took her time to figure out a plan, she messaged this puttingthesickinforensics to see if she could turn their attention elsewhere. So she shot them a message, telling them about her own theories and how she thought it was one of her patients. It wasn't too far out there as some other users mentioned serial killers and how it was possible that Adam was picked up by one of them. Plus, there were a few patients that hadn't remained at Sunnyview, who had been there for just physical therapy or short term care.
AfricanGray: Hi there! I saw that you showed some interest in the missing persons case about that Adam guy. I don't think it was a girlfriend because there's some similarities to a former patient that was staying at my place of work. Maybe we could meet up and share our theories? I could bring what information I have on the former patient and we can see if there's anything there to run with.
Message was sent and Misty was hoping the fish would take the bate. She had to help Shauna ( as well as Taissa, Natalie, and herself ) from getting caught. Because as much as she wished and liked to believe that they got everything that could lead the artist back to Shauna...she had a bad feeling in her gut. She couldn't shake the feeling that they had missed something vital, something that would give the police too much information if his disposed body pieces were to be found.
"It's fine...it'll be fine," she said aloud, eyes glancing to Caligula who perched across from her. "We'll have this sorted out in no time. Get this wannabe off our tracks...send them on a little wild goose chase..."

💓 BEATING HEART - what gets their heart racing?
certain things that require all eyes to be on her. she gets better at it over time and she’s more than capable of public speaking, but knowing shes being watched in such a way that people will notice absolutely everything while focused on her is a big factor. theres also a big difference here between the type of adrenaline performing musically offers her vs the anxiety of having to go up on stage for a function, mostly because one brings her a sense of comfort / familiarity / connection the other can’t.
she also gets incredibly swept up in the energy of being at a match !! if its one she knows is important then she'll absolutely feel the palpitations, which she doesn’t enjoy because of the stress, but when they win ? euphoric. she absolutely gets it. she’ll fight for that damn club and what it means to people until the day she dies.
