hi guys! this is a workout i put together for when i don't feel like using equipment. i started with a half our interval run (but you could always just run outside or cardio boogie your butt off or whatever you do to get ur heart rate up) then i did four sets of this: inchworms- 6 (not pictured) squat kicks- 6 each side side lunge squats- 6 each pushup/shoulder touches- 6 side planks-6 each side donkey kick/alternate reach-6 each side firehydrants-6 each side chaturanga pushups- 6 if you really wanna bust butt, up ur reps on the last set (i bumped it to 10 for my last set ^_^) so anyway, yeah, if you don't have weights or equipment and stuff, this whooped my butt, so maybe it'll whoop urs. . . . . #selfiesteem #fitness #fitnessjourney #accidentalgymrat #workoutwednesday #seattlegym (at The SeattleGYM powered by ProRobics: Queen Anne)
