Good morning ☀️! Although morning began for me around 6am! I had another not so good night, in that I was yet again suffering pain and spasms (although thankfully no seizures last night!), but it was a better night mental health wise. This was mostly due to me dealing with my anxiety/PTSD/OCD/depression better; I distracted myself by watching The Notebook, painting my nails, drawing... anything to keep myself focused on something other than the pain. I also had one of my favourite night carers on, Ty. He’s partly my fave because whenever he gives me a wake up call in the morning he always brings coffee ☕️ but mostly because he’s really great at supporting me (he could tell last night I was struggling physically, so sent me to bed whilst he made my cuppa for me), and cool to chat to. Talking to someone about everything and anything is an excellent distraction tool; probably why I’m so good at it 😂! Anyways, I had a good day yesterday going swimming 🏊🏻♀️ and I’m happy to report I’m going swimming again this morning 🏊🏻♀️ before going out for lunch with The Davies Clan And Co (10 of us all together!).
