Finally finished these two! I've had these as sketches for over a month now and thankfully found some time to finish them :)

Hazel and Katie's hair is so much fun to draw!

Seriously though, if you haven't picked up a copy of Bryan Lee O'Malley's new graphic novel 'Seconds', do it! You'll thank me later.

It was really hard to choose a couple out of this "photoshoot: (aka the crowded studio/junkroom) I did with Jesse.

In case anyone didn't know, this is my cosplay of Katie from the fantastic graphic novel Seconds by Bryan Lee O'Malley. I finally got a chance to meet him yesterday in costume and he was super sweet!

Thanks for being awesome Bryan, I can't wait for your next work <3

Official Review of Seconds I finally got a hold of Seconds. Thanks for the fine people on 4chan for illegally posting the entire book on a storytime thread. (Audience laughter) Best Girl: Katie Yeah all you people that like Hazel can go home and cry. Reasons why Katie is the best girl: - funy - cooks gud - player - gets into a fight with a black guy - gets into a fight with an asian guy - gets into a fight with a construction worker - gets into a fight with a ghost - bathes in water, whereas Hazel bathes in OIL (audience roars with laughter) enough said Second Best Girl: Vegeta in a Dress - Spoilers - Worst Girl: Yana Wow can ur flashlight eyes get any bigger.
