Well congratulations are in order. I am going to have to congratulate myself because nobody else will be doing so. The weekend of the London marathon was my #secondyearanniversary but I've been a wee bit busy to stop and acknowledge it. Now, on this quiet Monday I am #reflecting , looking back, at what I consider to be a fantastic achievement. In the beginning @prandiumsouthwold was undoubtably a complete shambles 🤣😂❤️ nobody but me could see the vision. Prandium of Southwold has evolved and has been constructed with #recycled or #reclaimedmaterials The days have been long, the work has been hard. There have been times when I felt like giving up! But who ever got anywhere by giving up? As for the song says "I get knocked down but I get up again." Bless the town of Southwold, for they knew not what was coming 🤣😂🤣😂🤣😂 Me and my nonsense. Some probably wished I wasn't coming. I am still here and very proud of that. Journey has been long and not always smooth. I've had a few jibes about my coffee, my hosting style and my shambolic approach. Through it all I have tried my best to see the wood from the trees and keep plotting my course. Steadily and surely I have made good progress, the place today looks a lot more like my vision. I have stayed focused on what I want to achieve. The rewards has started to sweat showing through. I've had a couple of celebrities visit my establishment and only this weekend had @andyskitchen giving me a boost. I want to thank those who have had faith in me and have helped me, thus far on my journey. Congratulations to you all for helping me to make the 2-year point. I will continue to grow and hopefully my vision may become clearer, for those who can't see it.
