Hidden away, locked, barred from prying eyes. Deep within, holds something dear, so important, a secret meant for only one to know.
A treasure, reminder, memento of a time spent. Maybe in joy, despair, anger etc... Keep this item locked away, only I can know if it's continued existence.
Eyes look on from the shadows, what could be so important to another human being. Does the item lead to a wealth of riches, or maybe something I would want for myself? I must know, why that thing is hidden away, why only they can behold such a thing.
What the eyes don't know, realize, understand is that this item being kept safe only holds meaning for the one who hides it. Yes it is a treasure meant for only one. Once you behold this thing, you will see that a kept safe secret was not meant for you, but for another.
