List of Places to Hide Things From Nosey Family Members/ Roommates/ Etc.
(From My Experience)
Tampon box (men especially won't want to look there)
Put fake flowers into a vase that is not see through and use it to hide things in the vase (works especially well if you fill the vase with pebbles and bury whatever you're trying to hide in them)
In a sneaker/boot
Tape things to the underside or a table (I've hidden journals this way, not very practical but it works)
Fold a blanket and stuff things between the folds (Works best if the item is flat)
Behind pictures in photo frames (stuff a note or something in the photo frame after putting the photo in and close it like normal)
Sew a pocket to the inside of a coat or jacket to hide things in (keep the jacket zipped up and hanging in the back of your closet)
Instrument case (my guitar case has a little rectangular compartment in it)
Empty DVD cases
Behind hanging picture frames
Inside tea boxes
If you're like me and you have sticky notes with random things on them hanging on your walls, you can write things like important passwords on the backs of them and hang them back up, nobody will think to look there
