Beading I did today. All no bigger than a thumb print.

I like to sort beads I find it really relaxing. It use as means of practicing mindfulness and to sort of relax.

So I purposefully buy bead mixes for my projects that way I get the bonus of sorting like with like in terms of the beads and then using them for my various projects.

But I'm finding with a lot of the more known sites the buy beads from there is a really stagnant and limited mix when it comes to mixes of seed beads.

I really love mixes that have variety of shapes, finishes, levels of opacity, colors, and types seed beads.

So if anyone knows of any online sites that have a nice variety of seed bead mixes (and are not wildly expensive) please let me know.

Over 120 hours of blood, sweat and tears later - my first beaded project in over 30 years- is done. A labor of love, this was given away for charity to Ke4sak, a fellow member of the Kimmunity on Twitch! If you see it in the wild, please give them all the love for their giving spirit. Together the Kimmunity raised enough to place 2 switches in hospitals through the Starlight charity- I originally made this for giving away as part of the Creative Season on my own channel, now we will be rocking a custom give away there instead! I will be doing a purple and blue ladybug pin on stream Tuesday 10:30pm PST - 7am PST Wed morning- Holding down the middle of the Createathon charity train. I will only make these sorts of projects for charity or as personal gifts right now- but this was so fun and rewarding. Every part of this was a delight, and it should be worn and displayed with pride now. This was made predominantly on stream over at https://www.twitch.tv/auntytrashy- feel free to come watch us every Sunday and Monday 9am PST til 4pm (or later on Sundays ;)) - I will be doing special pre-recorded streams in January of beading and crafts while on a 3 week vacation, as well as doing a ton of other little sweet surprises. February brings with it both Birthday celebrations and the 2 weeks of 5 days a week of streaming!!! Are you all ready? Because I sure am! Lets celebrate raising over 2.3k for St. Jude and almost 500$ for Starlight~! WE DID IT!!!!

Pinterest now has me wanting to try seed bead crafting. There is some genuinely cute looking designs for rings, necklaces, etc that aren’t tacky or too much like what a kid or grandma would wear.
