Regnum: Seedkin Kindred: Seedling(?) Genus: Korpokkur Sub-species or Moniker: N/A Location: The Dravanian Hinterlands
The Korpokkur appear to be small, seedling-like seedkin who enjoy being well-watered. They are not to be fooled by their short stature, as many Korpokkur, despite being so small, are still very fast on their little feet. Sharlayan Botanists, before the exodus, brought them to Saint Mocianne's Arboretum for study and experiment. Yet, after the exodus, the Korpokkur were left in the arboretum and, with none to control their population, the seedkin reproduced and now litter parts of the Dravanian Forelands, the Arboretum especially. Whether or not they have beaks or lips is still debated by many scholars.
Jace says: "Apparently, there are reports of a Korpokkur that is larger than all other, perhaps able to carry the common man. Though most information on Korpokkur seems lost, the size of Korpokkur of this size may suggest that they have gorged themselves on an overabundance of water."
color rough illustration for homeworkÂ
this week’s hw assignment for nathan fowkes’ class was to do 5 color rough scenes using different light sources and color schemes.  i decided to completely rework an old image i did back from 2012 applying more believable light and color... i used maple and elm from my seedkin comic :) i hope to polish these up and go back to working on my comic again some day!
Ragnum: Bloodless
Kindred: Seedkin
Genus: Cactuar
Species: Sabotender
Location: Southern Thanalan
Found mostly in dry areas, the sabotender is a subset of cactuar. Sabotender are known for having study needles. They are similar to cactuar in that they mimic cacti in the areas and trick unsuspecting travelers.
Always be wary of needles.
Jace says: “Sabotenders are born tricksters. To the trained eye, like my own, Sabotender can easily be spotted in a group. Additionally, Sabotender are often hunted by many for their needles.”
Hunting Log: Gladiator, Conjurer, Lancer, Marauder Level 26
Quest: Prickly Patients
Drops: Cactuar Needle
