Okay maybe no one is going to understand what I’m talking about but Taylor Swifts song “thanK you aIMee” is trending on tt and the trend is seriously confusing me
Because I’m a swiftie so i know the meaning of the song (for those who don’t know during the song Taylor is hating on ‘Aimee’ who is obviously Kim K because of the capital letters) so people started making videos with captions similar to thanK you aIMee where they spell out a name of someone who they dislike/want dead/associate with the song.
But then in the comments it’s a whole bunch of ppl looking at “Definitely, thAnKs sO much TAte” and saying “Ako??” when the capitalized letters spell Dakota, or “mOstLy I like VivIAn” and ppl saying “Ola??” when it’s easy to tell its supposed to be Olivia.
Like is that a part of the trend too? Guessing something blatantly wrong? Because maybe one or two ppl have dyslexia or something but the amount of ppl I see “guessing” incorrectly is incredibly high. Do ppl genuinely lack reading comprehension? Also it’s swifties, and most swifties act high and mighty for listening to ivy or my tears ricochet so why can’t they literally read it correctly?
Also I’ve seen people go: I love this trend!! “BLAKE” “SARAH” “PETER” like that’s not the trend ?? That has nothing to do with the ts song you’re just saying the name of someone you hate??
