(whispers whispers) the great and powerful mr. wubbles and starscream jr. romp around outside starscream's heating tank until the sparkly one himself emerges, crackling grumbily, then spluttering and sparking as two round lumps stand up on fat hind legs and bat at his pretty pink sparkage. starscream sr. is just fast enough to dampen his energy field so the two gray abominations don't get seriously hurt. the chinchillas squeak until knockout takes pity on starscream and picks him up to watch tv.
This is canon I will accept no other claim.

Starscream would like everyone to know that leaning into the Doctor’s touch during wing maintenance sessions has absolutely nothing to do with physical comfort.
The reaction is a simple, instinctive proclivity for increasing the efficiency and effectiveness of wing maintenance. It certainly does not suggest that he receives any sort of physical enjoyment from the Doctor’s fine digits carefully cleaning the grit from his seams and gently massaging the wing plates. Not. At. All.
