Funnily enough he was one of the first figures I worked on although this is technically Cyran v2. His original model was built physically with limited parts and colours. There are things that have carried over such as his head design and leg designs but he was mostly reworked to better fit his silhouette. I really struggled getting his staff right, with ultimately settling on something that had a similar feel but not entirely accurate.
The most memorable part of the movie Network was when Howard Beale started shouting on national television, “I’m mad as hell, and I’m not gonna take it anymore!” And the country joined in with him. You need to join in now.

Darkspawn and Venatori pressed down on all sides as the Battle of Minrathous raged around them. The city was so destroyed Malcolm wasn't even sure what district they currently stood in, not that it mattered with death hanging on every second. “You know, dear,” he called with a grunt as another hurlock fell to his blade. There was a slight grin on his face as he turned to see Emmrich chunk a rock at a group of Venatori. “It's a shame we never got to have that wedding.” Emmrich froze, his face in shock as he unleashed a wild spell that sent their enemies flying. “Truly, darling? Now might not be the best time for such discussions.” The pair were thrown back into the fray, but the idea seemed to stick. It burned a hole in their hearts as they stole glances across the battlefield. Until they fought to reach each other, a gentleman and a dragon standing side by side against the world. “Now maybe the only time,” Malcolm murmured as another Venatori fell. He turned to his love, sliding a strong arm around the Necromancer's waist as he pulled him close. “I love you, Emmrich Volkarin. Marry me and make me the happiest man in Thedas.” Emmrich melted at his words, the battle fading away as he called over his shoulder. “Lucanis! Marry us!” The Crow and his Demon were currently in the center of a group of Antaam with Neve. “I'm a little busy at the moment!” But Lucanis grinned anyway as Spite's wings launched him at his enemies. “Dearly beloved and not so welcome, we are gathered here today…” And as he recited the ancient vows Malcolm claimed Emmrich's mouth in a searing kiss, pouring all his love and longing into the firm press of his mouth against his love's before he sighed, “Always and forever. That is my vow.” “Always darling,” Emmrich agreed before they were pulled back into the battle. Rings could be exchanged later. But for now, they were one.
