I don't know if it had been made clear but just for informational purposes, the last message from pixiv artist アヤハマSAYA says not to reproduce her arts (therefore permission not granted)

Unfortunately sekaiichiyaoi does /not/ ask for permission; they have countlessly reposted from Japanese and Korean artists who explicitly say not to reupload their art. I hardly believe they would grant permission after stating such rule. If she had truly gotten permission, why does she ignore all messages that tell her to take it down? Before you take her name off, I'd instead like to see the proof from ALL of the artists she has talked to. That shouldn't be hard since they're just screenshots.
