My cast finally came off today .......FINALLY!!!!. My arms really soar, it hurts, my skin looks like that old TV show "V" when they changed into a lizard, my skins also frail & itchy. But I'm told after two weeks of physiotherapy I'll be back in business. BTW when they say take it easy on your fractured or Broken Bone my advise is listen.
