A Spell for personal Healing, Confidence or Self- Esteem.

This is a simple spell that can give an immediate pick-me-up when you vitality is lagging, or you’re nervous about a job interview or a first date- or whatever (This one’s best done skyclade as well.)

You will need.

1 piece of paper

1 black Pen

1 glass of mineral water

1 teaspoon sandalwood chips or power

1 cauldron  (or something you can burn the paper in- even a saucepan )

Matches and 3 charcoal discs. 

Cast a circle.  either with a full blown ritual, or by standing and inhaling deeply three times, holding your right arm at 90 degree angle to to your body and clicking your thumb and forefinger  three times, Visualize a sphere of blush-white light around you. 

Light the candle charcoal  discs and place them close together in the cauldron. When they are hot and glowing sprinkle half the sandalwood over them and write down your fears on the piece of paper, for example “I’m scared I’ll make an idiot out of myself in front of Mark/ Mary,” I feel like I’m coming down with the flue,” I’m scared I’ll forget the answers to the test’, etc  when its written down, read it three times. then scrunch the paper into a small ball saying aloud “Begone” and toss the paper on top of the charcoal disc. As the paper flares into flame know that your fear is burnt away. When the paper is just ash, sprinkle the rest of the sandalwood onto the disc, take three deep breathes and loosely cup the palms of your hands together almost together  imagine yourself to be brimming with confidence and health, so ridiculously so, concentrate this energy into a ball of rose colored light between your palms . Feel it glow hot and over the glass of water and drop the revitalizing energy  ball into it and then gulp all the water down. Don’t waster a drop! 

Now stand with your arms help out slightly to your sides with your palms upward and close your eyes. Fell vitality and confidence tingle through you say

“I am unique (health/ intelligent etc) and blessed” 

And then click the fingers of your right hand 3 times to open Circle; or open normally if you did the full ritual.

EVERYDAY BEAUTY/SELF ESTEEM MAGIC: My all time favorite combo beauty/witch product: rosebud salve. Not only is it amazing for chapped lips, everyday lip gloss, as well as softening rough skin: by enchanting the salve with the intent of beauty, boosting self esteem, and even attracting love if that's your thing you have an awesome ready made spell too. Just use it to activate! You could go about doing this in several ways, but personally I use a toothpick to mark a sigil into the salve that matches my intent and meditate on it until I feel the intent is sealed. Once it's sealed, I eliminate the sigil by swiping over it to apply the salve to my lips. You could do this with other beauty products as well, but because roses align with beauty and love so well AND drawing a sigil in the gel-like salve won't permanently mark up a pallet like it may with say, certain eye shadows, I think it's one of the better products to use it with.
