i havent had urges to hurt myself in a longggggg time but here we are

i have a really bad habit of pinching and picking at bumps and stuff on my arms and theyre like naturally covered with em (theyre not pimples but some sort of skin condition? idk) and when i get rly bad mentally sometimes i just kinda scratch at my scabs n stuff till theyre bleeding but anyway like

my mom lately has been noticing how bad my arms look and i hate it i wanna wear long sleeves all the time so she stops saying things but its summer in texas so that wont do but still

I need to get home. I need to hurt myself. I need to make myself bleed because I don't know how else to deal with this I don't fucking know I don't I don't know neikdontkniwidontknowidontknow fuckifcfuckfuck fuck me fucking kill me this is another reason they don't want to be with me anymore I fall a fucking part whenever something bad happens but how. How do you not. a family that lives on the road i take my walks on recently put up this spiky stuff on the walls around their home and i know i shouldnt because i dont want to mess up my hands for good but i cant help dragging my hands over it bc it just. feels good. and its such an addictive feeling. the only downside is that ill have to put plasters over my hands otherwise i might get infections and i wont be able to handle the animals at college but i just cant stop it

and it doesnt count as self harm so i can do it. so i guess thats a plus
