Now you got the true weapon to unalive that persona of yours in a sticky costume created and worn for very hurtful reasons for decades. It's time for the real you(s) to breathe, to show up unapologetically and of course with no mercy.

Self-Image for a Person of Mixed Race

I don't like it when people call me as half-Korean and half-Hungarian. In my mind, I am both a full Hungarian and full Korean. I mean if was a middle child, would I be half younger brother and half older brother?

Self-love

Day 20 Self-love We feel sad, lonely and devastated when love is gone. When we were left or betrayed. Our world crushes and everything is blue and gray. We often get mad and angry about that. We blame the one who left us. We blame other people. Moving on without bitterness is the hardest thing to do. You move on and carry your heavy baggage, you wanted to scream. You wanted to get angry. You wanted to be bitter, but it will only affect you more. When you moved on and saw that person again, you may feel anger or feel the first thing you felt for that person on the very first day you met, attraction. You may say that your feelings may come back or the bitterness will eat you again. But when you moved on without any bitterness in your heart, just forgiveness and understanding, no one can break you down. You will not be afraid of pain and losing anymore; for you know yourself. You know what is worth for you. You will live in peace even if the person who hurt you the most showed up and talked to you again. You know in yourself who you truly are, true happy and true in peace.
