It's okay to have one F/O. Being monogamous is okay, you don't need to share.

It's okay to have an F/O of any age. They're still a fictional character, you're not hurting anyone.

It's okay to have an F/O of any gender. Even if they're not the gender you're typically attracted to.

It's okay to have an F/O of any orientation. Even if you're not the gender they're typically attracted to.

Your F/O is your F/O, meaning no one gets to decide what is "good" for your relationship except you. Fictosexuality is so different from more traditional sexualities and relationships; the same rules just don't apply! Anyone trying to push their rules onto your relationship is the one in the wrong.
