Continuing with my #MarchIntoSelfLove theme. Yesterday after work a coworker needled me to help with some knee pain I've been having. . Sometimes I need a break from posting on social media. . The last few days I've been working through some things and making some plans for where I want my life to go. I'm lucky enough to have a great support system who can help me process things so I can figure out what's best for me. . I've taken time to just relax and enjoy a date night with hubs last night. I even got 10 hours of sleep last night! 😮 . Self care comes in so many forms. I feel like a broken record taking about how important self care is but it is SO IMPORTANT!
