Yes, I’m soft. I speak with care, love with depth, and cry when the moon breathes funny. But I’ve learned this: protecting my peace sometimes looks like not responding. Not explaining. Not showing up. ✨Self-care requires a little self-ishness! not in a rude way—just in a ‘me first, and that’s okay’ kind of way.✨ My energy is a sacred resource. & every time I honor it, I return to myself more whole.
