You wanna know what I love about my school? Dress coding

For the girls, there are 2 types of dresses (one for Summer and Spring, and one for Winter and Fall) and of course, they are designed in a specific way, like the Summer dress has short sleeves and winter has long sleeves, but my school says nothing about length.

You’re comfortable with showing skin? Go for it, wear your dress 3/4 up your thigh.

You’re self conscious or just don’t do the skin showing thing? That’s cool too, wear your dress at your knees or even lower if you want to.

And the best part? BOYS ACTUALLY DONT GET DISTRACTED BY IT.

Its so normal for them. Our dresses are just body covers. They don’t care about your legs showing. They would much rather focus on the fact that you finished an anime series in 2 days, or you traveled to a different country because you did so well in a competition.

Stop setting rules about the way people dress. They don’t actually care. They care about you, not the fabric over you.
