I said it once, her mother is originally from Japan while her father is American.

Mint: Her parents met in St. Canard, they lived there for a while, after Mint was born and around 13/14 years old of her, they moved to her mother's home country of for a while: Japan.

Here the mother had a small daycare at home, that's why Mint knows basic childcare.

She helped out at the nursery and when she turned 16, her father would return to St.Canard because of job, Mint went with him and after the years have passed, she at 20 decides to embark on her own adventure.

Mint's father returns to Japan to live and stay with her mother.

They both let their daughter seek her own adventure.

Strawberry: Her parents met in St.Canard, when "Mint" was born and was 10 years old, her father moved with her to Japan, living at her mother-in-law's house, a traditional Japanese house.

"Mint" spent all the time in Kimono, her grandmother didn't like "modern" clothes. She didn't want to be there, wanted to go back to St. Canard, she had friends, fun but she had no choice, her father disappeared all day for work reasons and came home drunk on certain nights.

When she turned 13, she had to cook for every, her grandmother taught traditional and nutritious recipes, "Mint" really hated cooking, her food was always wasted, her grandmother couldn't eat much and her father never took the " obento", at that same age dedicated herself to studies to enter a good university in the future.

At 24 she moves back to St. Canard, there she works to gain more experience and almost turning 32, she goes looking for her dream job in Duckburg.

This is a dirty sketch of the history of both but I still wanted to share it.

Meeting

Around the age of 22, Mint moves to the big city; “Duckburg” where her goal is to work hard to have a better life, a great house ideal for a small family and live fully on her life savings, a young dream for a young duck, don't you think?

She has a stable job in a small company with a small cubicle, like the rest of her colleagues, is an accountant and not very sociable with them. It's not that she didn't like to socialize, just couldn't find the time to do it and getting work done was her priority.

Her job required a lot of energy (don't underestimate office work) so sometimes she would oversleep and be late. One of many mornings, just that happened. Mint had fallen asleep, It was the third time in the week, god, this is not good, she didn't want to lose her job, for now she was renting a small apartment.

Trying to catch a cab, running to the other block near a park, she narrowly crashes to stroller and a very annoying duck takes her time. Damn, the discussion lasted at least 6 or 7 minutes and no matter how much she apologized, that temperamental duck didn't accept it.

Luckily, the eggs were not damaged. It could have been an oversight and all, but Mint felt bad about it afterwards.

A few weeks had passed, Mint had met that temperamental duck again, an excellent opportunity to apologize formally and if possible, in the most calm way. He was sitting up, nodding off sleep, Mint came over and they argued again, not as energetically as before, but they did. Apparently he wasn't going to forgive her easily, I mean, something serious could have happened.

The crying of three little ones that had justwoken up caught the attention of both ducks.

My God, the way he was trying to lull themto sleep was despaired to her, rolled her eyesand nimbly carried two of the three babies.While was doing this, Mint gave him adviceon how to lull them gently, delicately and love.

Perhaps to remedy the clumsiness that she had last time, it is to help take care of three small newborns. They introduce themselves cordially this time, and Donald accepts her help.

Change:

10 years have passed, Mint had become part of Donald's "family", along with the boys, although she considered herself as just friend.

A week before her life took another turn, an incident had occurred at work. Mint had argued with a cretin "colleague" at work. The reason?

He was making negative assumptions about her life, about Donald's family, especially the boys.

Mint kept rolling her eyes when she saw him pass through the same part of the room more than twice. He finished inspecting very late, damn, just when Donald had a job interview and the boys couldn't be alone for so long, you know, they are children after all. "I think I'll stay one more day" Mint sent the message to Donald.

Later, she received a message in response, saw the news on his cell phone, he and the boys were with the famous Scrooge McDuck. Oh, read the message, sighed, replied with an "Okay, I'll be there tomorrow as soon as I can." She try to sleep… Could it be considered that she should now ask for a job from Scrooge McDuck, the richest duck in the world?

She introduced herself, an intimidating housekeeper shut the door in her face. Mint rang the bell again, more insistent, the door opened and a phrase alerted her; "I know your kind, opportunists, you are not the first of the day that they call to pretend to be nannies, yesterday's news exploded in the media, also, how did you jump from the fence?"

Uh-Oh… No one was answering in… well, yeah, I mean, no, she should not have jumped the fence, but she was there for over an hour and no one was answering.

More later, Mint confronted Scrooge himself, even though he said didn't need more people in the mansion or a Nana, Mint proposed a deal. Living and being with them during all this time and that out of nowhere, separate them, she would not allow it.

Just let me live here, you can discount me the rent for one of these rooms, the food, you can even pay me a dollar a day, I don't care, I'm going to be close to them and not as their nanny, but as their friend"

This sketch was going to stay just that, a simple concept. It has an absurd context, I like to imagine situations, ideas to develop my stories.

It all started when I did a sketch of Strawberry in a wedding dress and then a question popped into my head...

Would Negaduck marry her and how would he if she is already married to "Nega-Scrooge"?

As a quick response that I gave myself is the following: "Nega-Scrooge" would send a group of people to bring Strawberry back to the "Nega-Duckburg" for not fulfilling the purpose of her work and for being unfaithful, would have a sentence, being his wife now becomes his prisoner.

Negaduck when trying to get her back, meets "Nega-Scrooge" and he explains to him (of course, it's his rules) that to take Strawberry, her must get a divorce first but the divorce is more of an "exchange", a "buying and selling".

Negaduck must pay a certain amount each year for 10 years. Being the richest duck in the Negaverse, his share doesn't come cheap.

As I said, it's a "dirty" idea and it would need to be polished to make it a Canon, but I don't know... Sometimes this type of interaction scares me for fear of the hate it may receive. Is all thanks. 🌹🌸🌹
