📷: @ita_femmefatale Thinking back to this day.. I rollled over brushed my teeth did some flossing and walked right across the street to the ocean. It was just me and the waves. I find peace near ocean shores. I write poetry well to the sound of the waves thrashing against the shore. Your environment contributes to well being [self love]. At this moment I felt nothing but a realease, a calming. I adore nature, the environment, and evolution of life. Overall though, we all need a little sunshine sometimes. Being outside makes me feel free and in tune with the universe.
