Need I say more? Prayer is what gave me both faith and hope. As a child growing up in a Chamorro [the culture of Guamanians] household I was raised as a Catholic. Growing up, praying was unquestionable. We were taught by my grandparents that the power of prayer is most felt if the family prayed together. My papa to this day still lives by the saying "a family that prays together stays together..." My papa himself is living proof that praying and being in good favor with The Most High can have miraculous outcomes. Today I find myself more spiritual than religious.. I may not go to church every Sunday but I say a prayer everyday for myself and all of mankind.
