So most days I ACTUALLY do enjoy my workouts. It's not a struggle for me, I don't have to FORCE myself to do them. I know they need done and so they are a non-negotiable for me. Today, well, it was NOT one of those days. I totally dragged my feet and put it off until late this afternoon. Why???? Because we all have days like those, where we don't feel like doing the things we know we should. Yep! It happens. But I finally kicked my self in the rear and made it happen. And not because I was suddenly inspired.....it was because it's a FREAKING 30 minutes!!! I could waste all afternoon trying to avoid it or I could drop the excuses and GIFT myself with 30 minutes of ME TIME. 30 minutes to say to myself, "Hey! You need this and deserve this and i love you enough to put in a little effort!" How many minutes do we waste on the silly stuff that DOESN'T benefit us???? #selfloveisESSENTIAL
