...cuz everyone else is taken 🙈😂🙏🏽 . But how? How do you get comfortable with you? 🧐 . To be very clear, there are so many routes to self - but many of them involve starting on the outside and working your way in. Looking in the mirror to take a good look at your self and to listen to the minds thoughts as you see your features, can be a wonderful exercise for seeing the outer while being mindful of what’s coming up on the inner plane. Every time painful thoughts come up, re-write them! Debunk them! Flip them on their head 🙃 . “Ugh...I really don’t like my acne scars 😒” can easily shift into... “Hey, my body is healing, look at that! 🙂” . We all have flaws, but learning how to shine your own light on them in ways that illuminate you, is an important skill out in these mean streets. You can feel something different and new in all the places you’ve previously felt discomfort. You do have all the power to write your own narrative of self, so take it and use it. 💪🏽 . This is just one way we can learn to be ourselves, more authentically and more self-loving... 🤗 .
