Not-enough was is an addictive repetitive thought. . A belief that keeps you running, running, running and never arriving. . It all starts with the self. The dangling carrot is in FRONT of you.. . Grab the dang carrot, eat it, and sit with it in your belly. . You are full. . Be here, now, and notice how okay you are N-O-W. . Hold that for a few moments if you can’t hold it for a few hours, minutes, days. . The instant that you hold your enoughness and your okayness, you’ve gifted yourself joy, love, satisfaction and peace. . You’ve just nurtured and nourished yourself. . How does it feel? . It is okay for you? . Is it a familiar feeling or a new one? . I feel like as a school kid (my whole life) I was always getting a new list of expectations to fulfill for others based on what they thought was important to me. .
