I’ve literally spent the last three summers traveling the country in the back of my coach’s bus, eating top ramen, spinach and eggs. I’ve been from state after state, from college to college, tournament to tournament trying to get better at my craft and in the process trying to figure out what everyone was running from. Somehow during that time, I worked my way into the national spot light and my Instagram name became semi-famous. I became an All-American 7 times over and I wrestled at Who’s #1. When I started my journey, I never dreamt in a million years the places it would take me and the lessons I’d learn – one of those being there’s no place like home and that’s why I’d like to announce my commitment to continue my academic and athletic career at Fresno State University. This has been one of the most thoughtful and difficult decisions of my life – I want to thank my coaches, family, teammates and friends for touching me and helping me make a decision I felt was best for me. I want to thank each University I visited and each coach that recruited me, at the end of the day I’m a wiser person because of each of you.
