Intro Rambles 💗

I got the chance to write KuroEne poems :3 🖤 💙

I wrote these poems from the POVs of Saeru and Ene respectively. 🖤 💙

The first two poems are my absolute fave ones 🥰💗 I love the prose... ☺️

I started getting into writing poems recently! I wrote these a couple days ago...

I'm waiting for the chance to pair them with my art. 🎨

Once I do, I'll post my KuroEne poetry collection on my socials and AO3 eventually. ☺️

I'm working on KuroEne fluff and mild angst drabble fics on the side, so I'll eventually post them there ✌️

I was inspired by KuroEne's Vibes: Gothic Ballroom Dance / Fall to Hell with me / Devil's Temptation 😈😇🪽

KuroEne gives me the vibes of "One Last Dance" and "Once more, just to see you" 🥺🙏

KuroEne and HaruTaka will have 1 million One Last Times... 🥺

Especially since Saeru can continue to see his beloved one as long as the time loops continue.

Poem 1: References 📖✨

My beloved

1: Saeru's pet name used for Ene.

(*) = In my KuroEne AU, Saeru calls Ene "My dear little bunny" (俺の親愛なるウサギちゃん, Ore no shin'ai naru Usagi-chan) as an affectionate pet name.

Because Ene has twintails that look like bunny ears 🐇

But his chosen nickname is definitely on purpose on his part, because bunnies are the prey of snakes, and mankind is his hunting ground.

So, it still ends up playing up to his ego.

I came up with it for my KuroEne AU, to show off his "smug and arrogant, obsessive" character traits. ☺️

2: A ref to Ene.

Saeru refers to their trysts as "dances" to play up to Ene's "dancer" and "gamer" theme, and invites her to come play with him.

(*) = Takane's full online gamer name was “Lightning Dancer Ene” or “Dancing Flash Ene” (閃光の舞姫・エネ, Senkou no Maihime - Ene), where Maihime (舞姫) means “Dancer girl” or “Dancing princess”

3: It's a reference to Sidu's metaphorical imagery in Outer Science. 🖤🐍

In Mekakucity V's Outer Science Q/A interview, Sidu states that, what looks like a pile of rubble, is Saeru standing on top of the bodies of the Mekakushi Dan from hundreds and thousands of Routes (past timelines) 🩸

Let us act as Beasts do and imitate how humans love.

4 ~ 5: These lines are based on Kuroha/Saeru Dialogue that I originally wrote for my KuroEne AU. He says it to Ene when he starts to reveal more of his true nature (darker tendencies)

Saeru: Beasts should act as beasts do... No need for pretenses.

Saeru, a being distanced from humanity, has a twisted love (obsession), and truly doesn't understand love. But this obsession and devotion, is the closest he can muster to it.

Poem 2: References 📖✨

and carves its shape into my soul, with Death's scythe.

9 ~ 10:

Fujimori, the artist for KagePro chibi (SD) merch, depicts Joker card Saeru as a Jester with a Scythe, and a Jester hat, to play up to the Joker card motif. 🃏 🩸

I interpreted Saeru here as a Grim Reaper or Shinigami (死神, lit. "Kami (God) of Death"), with a Death Scythe.

Poem 5: References 🐍🐑

You pitiful little sheeps

1:

This poem is the only Saeru poem of this set, that is directed towards the Mekakushi Dan and humanity in general.

In LN 7, Kuroha/Saeru refers to the Mekakushi Dan as "pitiful little sheeps" (哀れな仔羊たち, aware na kohitsuji-tachi)

Because they're like small animals (easy targets) for him.

Misc Rambles ✨

I was testing writing poems around 1 - 4 lines. 📝✍️

The first couple are from Saeru's POV, and then the next ones are from Ene's POV.

A few ones are HaruTaka implied.

I really love both! 💗

The imagery of the 2nd poem is really nice... I really love how the 2nd poem's 1st verse describes Saeru as shadow, night, and both the Black Sun and the Moon. 🖤✨

I drafted them a couple days ago, and then adjusted the grammar, punctuation, and word flow. ✌️

I'm rather picky about wording, so I'm just gonna post my writing WIPs here.

The first two are finalized! 💖✨

I'm gonna adjust the others :3 I'll work on adding to the rest soon~

Writing in free-verse is the most freeing for me. ✍️

I kinda don't like how Ellipsus doesn't space headings the same height as lines, but oh well. ✍️

I also found out some people post poems on AO3!! Ig it will be the first writing thing I post on AO3, cuz my first exposure to reading/writing again was reading poems. 😌

I was inspired by UH's Character Poems! 💚🧡🦇🌸

They really tie to each other perfectly in thematics.

Iirc, it's confirmed their Vol. 27 and Vol. 40 poems are tied to each other. ☺️

I think it's a wonderful idea and this visual format is really cool...

I was inspired by Bleach's Character Poems at the start of each volume for the cover character! 📖

So I was inspired by UH's poems, Bleach's Poems in general, and Hyakunin Isshu poems :3 💖

I love the idea of characters having Character Poems about their thoughts and feelings. 🥺

I'm planning to match the format and just suit it to my art style when I get to draw it visually :3

For KuroEne, I'm planning to draw their eyes… And then I'll format the text with the poem title.

I think the text formatting will take the longest, over me doing the art itself lol

I was also inspired by the Hyakunin Isshu poems. You can find English Translations by 100poets. The prose is very lovely... Some of my top fave poems ever 💗

【KagePro】 KuroEne Fic WIP 🖤💙🐍🐇

“You've been invited into the snake's den, and now, I'll consume you whole. And my venom will be sweet poison, yes...”

Summary: Saeru approaches Ene with the offer to create her a new body, and invites her to come live with him.

A KuroEne AU where Saeru builds an android body that Ene can transfer her consciousness into, so she can move around in the real world again.

Saeru invites Ene to come live with him in one of his spare homes while keeping his darker tendencies hidden, and the two eventually develop an intimate relationship.

KuroEne Fic: Summary 🖤💙

My KuroEne Fic is basically the lead-up to Kuroha/Saeru meeting Ene and offering to build her an android body so she can move around in the real world again, and their intimacy. 🖤💙

Saeru uses his knowledge to build an android body for Ene, that she can transfer her consciousness into (since he's basically a living encyclopedia that holds knowledge from the beginning of civilization, all the way up to modern science)

Saeru's temptations, the call of a devil pretending to invite Ene to "paradise," under the guise of a "perfect/ideal lover," fully intends on dragging her down to hell with him.

Their intimacy is a metaphorical dance/eventual fall to hell.

I'm pretty satisfied with how the elegant prose style in this Fic, captures Saeru's dark eroticism... 🖤🐍

It shows his twisted view of love, indeed.

Saeru's temptations are definitely more in line with the "Demon/devil tempts their lover with honeyed words" kind. 😈😇🪽

Saeru is 3rd person narrator, so the Fic is from his POV.

This chara has a dark, cunning, calculative side. He's twisted and manipulative by nature. I wanted to be able to portray that. 👍

KuroEne AU: Context 📝

(I worded it better before in prev posts, so need for me to write it all again, but here's a short summary)

As I said, his main goal in the KuroEne AU is the same as in canon. He acts on a one track minded desire to fulfill Azami's wish with the utmost devotion. He wants to fulfill his purpose, what he was created for.

His secondary goal in the KuroEne AU is that he wants to make his S/O crave him and be addicted to him, by becoming the center of their universe.

He's trying to compensate for losing a sense of purpose when Azami forgot about him, by making his existence become "necessary" to someone.

Golden Apple of Immortality and Pseudo Immortality 🍎💛

I just think about how KuroEne are exact opposites in every single way, with characters and personalities that balance each other out perfectly. 🖤💙

And yet also, what they share (have in common), is a "connection to pseudo immortality," at least in some way...

Saeru inadvertently managed to succeed with the (pseudo) immortality he was searching for with her body. Regardless of whether it's in canon-verse, or my AU.

In canon-verse, Ene got a pseudo immortal body via Opening Eyes, and in the AU, both that and the android body he made.

KuroEne → Possession of pseudo immortality, and craving for it...

Ene → Possession of pseudo immortality due to her cyber body (via Opening Eyes)

Saeru → One who craves pseudo immortality (and uses the time loops to keep up his pseudo immortality)

KuroEne Fic: Rough Outline 📝

Saeru's inability to understand the selfless love of Azami and Konoha - the kind Azami harboured for her family.

Saeru recalls a memory of his Master cradling a baby Shion, Mary's mother.

Saeru's motivations for indulging with a human, wanting to find a way to spice up the cycles to appease his boredom

Saeru's motivations for seeking out Ene (realizing he could weaponize her connection with his body's vessel)

Saeru recalling his 1st meeting with Ene, approaching her with the offer to make a body for her

Saeru's observations of Ene, and how he's charmed by her, and her nature

Saeru working on building the android body for Ene, which instigates his obsession

Saeru can read her so well due to his excellent observation skills, making Ene believe he's the only one who can understand her, and thus, gets attached to him

(I still need to add to the Fic ofc cuz it's a super rough draft)

Other Rambles

I'm extremely picky about their (KuroEne's) characterization. So I did feel like my 1st KuroEne fic shouldn't be a short drabble, but one that's able to capture their essence as a ship. 🙏 So it's a retelling of my AU 👍👍

I wanted to write a Fic that'd sum up their relationship in my KuroEne AU succinctly. I want it to be able to portray the essence of how I see them... 💗

Since I want my first KuroEne fic to be able to capture the essence of my KuroEne AU, and their relationship, in ways I'd be satisfied with. 🤗

I want to take my time writing it so I'll be working on my Fic on the side, over the next few ~ couple months! I wanna make sure it turns out well. 🙏

Art and dialogue scripts (often seen in film/screen writing) come naturally to me, cuz I imagine the ideas visually (so they're based on my visual imaginations)

To me, the best lines are the ones that rely on my own chara analysis and interpretations/observations of them. ❤️

I originally planned to do a short Fic drabble but I just kept adding to it LOL

I think it's gonna be a long Character Study Fic. Realistically, it's gonna be in the 2k ~ 5k words range, at least.

I started writing it in mid March. It's been really fun to write! 💗 I love getting to infuse my character analysis and interpretations of them into my writing 🤭

A lot of the dialogue lines from my fic, come from dialogue scripts and rambles I wrote back in 2024. Though, I also wrote a lot of new lines (which are either based on my old rambles, or written from scratch)

I'm so picky with my stuff, so I fuss a lot over how to word things. Just like my dialogue scripts, I write the rough drafts first, then refine and reorder them as I continue.

I really like writing in this elegant prose style!! 🙏

I yoinked a lot of dialogue from my old KuroEne AU dialogue scripts. ✌️ 🤸

I think my dialogue is much stronger since I have experience doing Dialogue Scripts (turning my art ideas into play/film script format), but I still love a lot of the lines I wrote.

KuroEne reviving urges in me that I haven’t had in like 5 - 10 years like OMFG... The power of love is real... 🥺🥹🙏

I've been drawing for over a decade, so I really didn't expect to seriously take up learning how to do Fic writing for the 1st time.

Like I haven't had the urge to seriously write Fic for several years cuz I always thought "I should stick to art as my main creative art form" 🤔💭

But then I got hit with the urge to write for them. So it's my first time learning how to write Fic ❤️

I've been reading Ogura Hyakunin Isshu poems more because I wanted more exposure to poetic prose. I love the Hyakunin Isshu so much... 💗

I feel like reading poems in the past few months have really helped my prose.

While slowly working on my KuroEne fics on the side, I feel like reading poems made me become more conscious of sentence flow, structure, and word choice… 💭

Reading poems only improved my way of writing dialogue/prose, me thinks… 🤗

Before, I'd mainly just think of converting my visual ideas/imaginations to dialogue script format… My way of writing dialogue def improved over time with practice.

My main concern would be prose, whether it's in character (which is easy enough for me), and if it sounds good.

After some exposure to reading more poems, when I write, I contemplate a lot about how the words sound, and if they flow well.

I get really indecisive, so I often rewrite lines with different wording to see which one sounds best… 🤔

Glad that I started taking this journey cuz there are lines from my KuroEne Fic WIP that I really love… :> 🖤💙

Ellipsus

Ellipsus is SO cool. I've been using it to write my Fics. 👍

I usually write most of my dialogue scripts on Notion since it's my all in one digital workspace ✍️

I've been trying out Ellipsus to write my fic drafts! I love the Share Snippets feature that lets you share your fave lines as quotes 🤭💗

Gonna start backing up my rambles and writing on both Notion and Ellipsus~

Ellipsus' formatting is SO nice 🤗 I love the folder organization, Drafts, Focus Mode, Share Snippets, and Reader Preview features ✨

I love how Ellipsus lets you organize your Fics in folders. I love the UI, the Drafts feature to compare changes between multiple Drafts, and the Share Snippets feature that lets you share your fave lines as nicely formatted quotes. 😌 🙏

WAIT WAIT WAIT...

If I Predicted eclipse coming back on Christmas and predicted there being an evil sun to show up and accidentally predicting which bloodmoon twin would die (in an au) then it could be possible for me to predict the possibility of nexus coming back!

It has 50/50 chance of happening if I manifest my prediction!

Kinda concerned at the amount of people saying deserved and karma to moon getting amnesia...

Nothing against you guys i get moon isn't likeable to a lot of you but moon hasn't even done anything remotely bad recently as far as I am aware

And I'm pretty sure the whole thing with moon haven asking to have sun use his abilities wasn't even an immediate yes, he even talked to sun about it off screen and even argued that if he couldn't accompany sun then someone else would otherwise he would obviously wouldn't let sun go anywhere near moon haven (you can correct me if I got some of this wrong of course)

Today's stream and it's spoiler poll had me a little disappointed.

I was actually curious about if dark sun was manipulating sun or not but the poll ended up with 'will someone die' winning, and I don't like be but hurt about things and know I could just turn the stream off but I don't see why most fans would want to know if a character will die or not because to me it seems like a waste of a question and I personally would like to find out if a character lives or dies by watching the episodes when they come out instead of worrying about if a character I like will live or not

I see both sides of solar being upset that cosmos didn't kill the overseer

Cosmos doesn't want to rush ahead and kill someone that could come back as another person and go after his family for any reason or send more bounty hunters, or even get in trouble with the astrals despite getting permission

Solar is rightfully upset to an extent even more then that. He has been getting hunted by several bounty hunters for about more then a month or two? By this person he doesn't even know all because he was brought back to life by someone else after his unfair death.

Sure when they found the overseer he wasn't violent or anything and was pretty polite and didn't threaten them but that doesn't excuse that the overseer is the one that placed the bounty on solar to be killed, and as he said he indirectly threatened solar but in my eyes and obviously solar's that still counted as the overseer threatening him.

So uh...

Has everyone just automatically put Roxas to be a bad person on the reboot of laes because of the earth has a crush video?

I haven't gotten the chance to start watching the reboot yet since I'm trying to catch up to some other videos on the other channels but if I'm right he's pretty much the same as femme Roxas

So I don't see why a relationship wouldn't work out, like sure it's not one with sunny but it could work out or could not and they just stay as friends after

The relationship could be somewhat how it was with sunny and grow into something more

I saying it right now that I don't think Roxas is a bad guy, or a bad partner...i mean from what we know Bonnie was a bad partner to eclipse and vice versa so there are definitely worse relationships than one with Roxas

So like...give it a chance?

And watching the first video of the reboot...i do not think earth is going to be with this version of monty who was pretty rude to both earth and lunar almost immediately
