Hobayaki is the specialty of deep mountain in Gifu prefecture in Japan. What so special is the sweet #miso made from Japanese Magnolia leaf grilled together with beef, mushrooms and vegetable usually gathered from mountain. . Its unique aromas and flavors are just perfect with glass of alcohol after work! 🍺🙌 . (at Takumi Robata & Sushi)
