☾, ☆, & ൠ for Senaye and Erahvas

☾ : sleep headcanon 

Senaye is a light sleeper, and she sleeps on her back, limbs splayed out in all directions. She can sleep just about anywhere, but prefers to sleep outdoors.

Erahvas is an average sleeper, and can most often be found in the fetal position. He’s gotten a little too used to the more luxurious life of the Sultai, so when visiting other planes he always looks for the nicest places to stay.

Senaye believes in survival of the fittest, but also that everyone has a fair chance to be the fittest, as it were. On rare occasion, she’ll help show children how to defend themselves, as it’s one of the few things that can bring a smile to her face and a warmth to her heart.

One of Erahvas’s hobbies is birdwatching, and he keeps a journal where he sketches and makes notes of every species he comes across. He gets very excited whenever he comes across particularly bright or interesting-looking species.

ൠ : random headcanon

Senaye is very brash and doesn’t act very civilized most of the time. She gets “escorted” out of establishments often. 

Erahvas presents himself in a pretty dignified and sophisticated manner, but will turn vicious real quick when provoked enough.

Did a little chibi of my Jund were-elf Senaye!

She eats the hearts of defeated foes to temporarily gain their strengths and abilities, and she wears tokens of particularly memorable ones:

the first was against a cerodon yearling on Naya - her chest piece is made from its hide

the second was against the young dragon she defeated when Jund overlapped with Naya (this one caused her spark to ignite) - the teeth and claws she wears belonged to it

the third was (unknowingly) against the werewolf that turned her on her very first planeswalk to Innistrad - she wears its skull and pelt

the fourth was a phoenix she managed to rip the heart out of while on Zendikar - she wears its feathers in her hair

Senaye, Cursed Were-elf Full name: Senaye Name pronunciation: seh-nai-yay Creature type: elf warrior werewolf Home plane: Alara (Naya) First planeswalk: Innistrad Color identity: black / red / green On her home plane of Naya, Senaye was treated as an outcast; while her fellow elves revered and worshipped the gargantuan beasts that roamed the land, Senaye wanted to fight them. Born with an instinctual urge to be the best, she would hunt the creatures and kill them - discovering in the process that she could gain their strengths and abilities for a short time after. Once her form of magic was found out and seen as heresy, Senaye was shunned and even hunted by the other elves. At the time of the Conflux, she was living in seclusion, but soon found herself in Jund territory. Her spark ignited when she managed to wrestle and defeat a small dragon, consuming its heart and temporarily becoming draconic herself. Her trip across the Multiverse found her on Innistrad. Here, she became cursed with lycanthropy, but by coincidence, was able to kill the werewolf whose howl turned her. She now wears its skull and fur as a trophy, in addition to other trinkets from worthy defeated foes. Senaye travels the planes, always looking for a new challenge and a chance to prove herself the alpha.
