Garp: Give me a break, it was my early twenties!

Sengoku: And your late twenties! Then just on and off until they died!

Garp: Oh like you're any better! Didn't you sleep with Xebec a couple months before God's Valley?

Sengoku: ... I was drunk.

Garp: OoOh I wAs DrUnK! Please, you were head over heels!

Sengoku: Well at least I didn't have a child with a pirate!

Garp: No you just found yours in a junkyard.

Tsuru: Ladies, ladies calm down, you both have poor taste in men.

Garp & Sengoku: Oh shush Mrs. "I had a wonderful and happy marriage!"

How many sengoku's ex lover and his kids I wonder Sanji and rosi are brothers

So unlike Garp who was committed, Sengoku has never really been in a committed relationship. The closest he got was with an on and off relationship with Zeff for a while, but that was cut off once Sengoku became the Fleet Amiral and was restricted to Marineford. Sengoku is a workaholic so other than that, everyone else was a one night stand. He only learned how to have a work/life balance after he got Rosinante.

And most of the one night stands are just random citizens he met at bars while sailing. Probably breaking up a marriage or two along the way and having threesomes with couples. Probably royalty too at some point. This is why Tsuru calls him "The Wandering Harlot". It would be a miracle that he doesn't have biological children if the people he slept with weren't mostly men.😂

As for named people, in chronological order:

At some point he made it to Drum Island. There he somehow managed to have one night stands with both Doctor Hiriluk and Doctor Kureha. Or as Garp called them: Fire Pants and Plus Symbol

Now that Rocks' past is revealed, we'll say that the bar Sengoku met Rocks D. Xebec in a couple months before the God Valley incident was Shakky's original bar on Pirate Island. Garp brought Sengoku there because he thought it would be funny and it was. So Sengoku drunkenly slept with Rocks. If Rocks' wife, Eris, was there: she would have joined them.

Then there is Zeff. Who, as mentioned above, was Sengoku's only somewhat steady relationship. And since Zeff is alive, Sengoku still has a chance at a happy ending.

As for children, Sengoku has no biological children, but he has three adopted ones.

Rosinante who he scooped up out of the garbage.

X Drake who he found abandoned on the docks. (Coming up soon in the story.)

Then he got Sanji through Zeff after they hooked back up. (Far in the future of the story.)

So Sengoku gets two chain smoking blondes and an uptight ginger as sons. All of which are traumatised to various degrees and spies. But hey, at least he got Zeff back.😂
