Menu Monday: This is the menu chosen for the Class of 1914′s senior dinner at the Nassau Inn, as it appeared in the Daily Princetonian. The dinner was ultimately postponed, and the fare was slightly different at the event itself. One of the main entertainments for the class, aside from the singalongs, was a “direct wire” (i.e., a radio broadcast over telephone lines) for attendees to hear the play-by-play of a boxing match between Packey McFarland and Mike Gibbons in New York.
