WorldVentures Congratulates Therapon Fakas

WorldVentures Co-Founders Wayne Nugent and Mike Azcue would like to congratulate Therapon Fakas on his promotion to Senior Representative. Here are a few words from Therapon about his journey to Senior Representative.

“People follow people,” Senior Representative Therapon Fakas says. “People don’t buy what you do, they buy ‘why’ you do it, and people will follow because you’re true. When you know your ‘why,’ (and money is not the ‘why’, it’s just the result of the ‘why,’) nothing can stop you.”

Therapon believes that “life will never be the same” since joining WorldVentures and he credits faith, self-improvement, trainings, action and his ‘why,’ which is helping/serving people, for his success.

“I want to help people change their lives,” Therapon says. ”My name, ‘Therapon,’ in ancient Greek means the doctor/healer and the ‘servant,’ and I always love to help and serve people. The good thing about WorldVentures is that it helps me do what I love and get paid for it also!”

Keeping his ‘why’ in mind, Therapon hopes to be a benefactor of his city and country of Greece. Additionally he hopes to be “one of the most successful trainers in the history of WorldVentures” someday.

“We’re a big family,” Therapon says referencing WorldVentures. “It’s not the place that matters. It’s who you’re with. Never quit, and love what you do.”

Therapon loves what he does and is joyful to share his success with other people, including the WorldVentures opportunity, all the while growing his team.

Living It Up with WorldVentures

WorldVentures Congratulates Lisa Mendoza

WorldVentures Co-Founders Wayne Nugent and Mike Azcue would like to congratulate Lisa Mendoza on her promotion to Senior Representative. Here are a few words from Lisa about her journey to Senior Representative.

Inspired by her favorite quote, Senior Representative Lisa Mendoza is living life to the fullest.

"The fear of death follows from the fear of life. A man who lives fully is prepared to die at any time," Lisa says reciting Mark Twain. “This has to be one of my favorites because you never know when you’re going to leave this world. Why not live it up?"

And that’s what she is trying to do, live life to her full potential and lead her WorldVentures team by example. Lisa says that she has tried to be a “mirror image of what I wanted my team to do,” and this includes attending trainings, “doing exposures,” and reading motivational material. “I learned that I'm not as introverted as I thought, and nothing comes easy—it's hard work.”

Lisa says that seeing her friends “retired off this idea” helps keep her motivated too. And she wants newcomers to know that the business system “works” if you set your mind to it and put forward the effort.

Anticipating her first DreamTrip and creating memories that will last a lifetime, Lisa is dedicated to fulfilling her dreams with the help of WorldVentures and her team. However, even the best experience less than motivated days, and when this happens, she listens to music, like rap by Meek Hill.

Lisa wants to leave behind a legacy of “working hard for what I wanted, even if that meant stepping out of my comfort zone. It took me a year to hit Senior Representative. It is never too late to chase your dreams.”

And while discovering new things and making dreams come true, Lisa is living it up, making the most of everything she sets her mind to.

Succeeding to Help Others with WorldVentures

WorldVentures Congratulates Kristen Cruz

WorldVentures Co-Founders Wayne Nugent and Mike Azcue would like to congratulate Kristen Cruz on her promotion to Senior Representative. Here are a few words from Kristen about her journey to Senior Representative. 

Crediting WorldVentures trainings and personal development for her recent Senior Representative achievement, Kristen Cruz refuses to give up, remembering her ”why,” which includes the lives of others.

“I know why I’m doing this, and the reasons I’m doing it are stronger than anything,” Kristen says. “It isn’t about me. It’s about the goals and dreams of the people I have already impacted, and the lives of the people I have yet to impact.

The impact it has already had on my life is a pure blessing. I know what’s coming is beyond what I could’ve ever imagined. And I know my purpose is to help as many people as I can, and WorldVentures is my tool.”

Kristen says that she loves what she does, and that keeps her motivated; however, if she needs a little encouragement, she’ll read more pages of the book she’s currently reading, listen to audios or talk to people she commends in the business.

“They’ve been through everything I am and will go through,” Kristen says. She says that she remains coachable, listening to those who have traveled her path and learns from their mistakes and successes. And in the same way, she coaches her team, inspiring them to attend trainings.

“You can never explain to anyone what went on at a training,” Kristen says. “You don’t know what they’ll grasp from being there. If they see for themselves, what you see, it’ll blow your business far beyond what you could do on your own.”

Always possessing a “go-getter” mentality, Kristen hopes to retire with the help of WorldVentures, and she wants to be a national trainer for the company too.

“I see no limit,” Kristen says. “I’ll have impacted and will continue to impact the lives of so many people. There’s so much I have yet to accomplish. I haven’t even made a dent. The legacy I’ll leave behind will be that of love, happiness, empowerment and success. My children, family and friends will know that I lived with purpose and with the determination to help others.”

Determined to succeed, Kristen keeps her ‘‘why” in mind, believes that she deserves it and commits to it.

“Don’t quit,” Kristen says. “If you aren’t frustrated in this business, you’re not working the business. Don’t allow the opinion of others to be your reality, as Johnny Wimbrey would put it. If you buy someone’s opinion, you buy that person’s lifestyle. So unless you’re driving the car(s) I want to drive, living in the house I want to live in or doing the things I want to be doing, you’re opinion means nothing to me.”

And nothing stands in the way of Kristen’s dedication to attaining success and helping others in the process.

“If you say I can’t do it, watch me,” Kristen says. “If you tell me ‘no,’ I say ‘yes!’ I worked hard for everything I achieved prior to WorldVentures, and the reward I got was two layoffs in two years. So what did I have to lose? If there is an opportunity on the table, I’m going to take it! In life we all get knocked down. But if you stay put, how do you expect to get anywhere? Get up! Move with a purpose and live the life you deserve to live.”

Making the Most of Every Opportunity with WorldVentures

WorldVentures Congratulates Kevin Morel

WorldVentures Co-Founders Wayne Nugent and Mike Azcue would like to congratulate Kevin Morel on his promotion to Senior Representative.  Here are a few words from Kevin Morel about his journey to Senior Representative.

Inspired by his mother who survived cancer, Senior Representative Kevin Morel says that he doesn’t want to miss a single opportunity in life, including all the things WorldVentures offers.

“At any point in life I could miss any opportunity that life gives me, and if I happen not to take the opportunity, I could live my life with regrets,” Kevin says.

Making the most of his WorldVentures journey, Kevin attends trainings regularly, “building from event to event,” he says. “I noticed a lot of the things I did wrong at the beginning that blew away some of my closest contacts. Hard work beats talent. I used to think I wasn’t talented enough to accomplish anything and thought the only way to success was to have talent. No matter how many struggles and obstacles you go through, just never quit.”

Kevin encourages his team to attend every training possible and credits duplication for a large part of his success.

“As soon as someone signs up, get them their $570 deposit as soon as possible,” Kevin says.

Listening to encouraging audios repeatedly to help maintain his primary excitement, Kevin keeps his “why” in mind always, which is his mother.

“During chemotherapy, I noticed how strong of a woman my mother was and the strength she had to overcome all the medications,” Kevin says. “I look up to her because of that. She deserves to see the world, and thanks to WorldVentures, I’ll be able to show her.”

Unemployed and unable to find a job, Kevin found WorldVentures.

“I joined WorldVentures based on excitement, so I decided to do this full-time,” Kevin says. “Now I’m going to change the lives of thousands and take my family on trips all over the world, without time or money being a factor.”

Kevin’s future goals include everything from seeing numerous countries and purchasing his family a home, to having movies and books made about him and changing thousands of lives.

Living without regrets, Kevin’s making the most of every opportunity that comes his way, and that, for Kevin, is life changing!

Possessing a love to learn, Senior Representative Andulis Vitte now knows the power of positive thinking.

“I've learned a lot, and it gives me positive energy to motivate my team,” Andulis says. “I look for information, and obtaining information strongly motivates me. I’m ready to continue to work hard because I want to change my life and show people that they have a chance to change their lives. This is my biggest motivation..”

Very different from his former 8-to-5 career in “public works,” Andulis spends his days motivating others, loves managing his own schedule and enjoys more vacation time annually.

“When I heard about WorldVentures, I realized that I could change my life,” Andulis says. “Now I see change in my life and can travel more. WorldVentures gives me the opportunity to live life, afford more travel and gain new, positive images and feelings. As I change my life, my motivation doesn’t disappear. It’s becoming bigger and stronger.”

Over the years, Andulis has learned to be patient and accomplish his goals one step at a time. However with the power of positive thinking, he can expedite things.

“I feel free and positive,” Andulis says. “WorldVentures has given me the opportunity to see my life differently, which has changed my life.”

Hanging With the Right Crowd at WorldVentures

WorldVentures Congratulates Tessa Davies

WorldVentures Co-Founders Wayne Nugent and Mike Azcue would like to congratulate Tessa Davies on her promotion to Senior Representative.  Here are a few words from Tessa about her journey to Senior Representative.

As a newly promoted Senior Representative, Tessa Davies believes she has achieved success by a mantra that starts with “Birds of a feather….”

“The biggest thing for me was to keep going and not give up,” Tessa says. “I’ve learned you have to stay consistent, but to stay motivated, I mostly hang out with people who know where they’re going. It helps to surround yourself with like-minded people.”

Since becoming involved in WorldVentures, Tessa has embraced the personal growth she says she has received, but there is another benefit that not only helps her, but helps friends and family as well.

“Financial freedom, financial freedom and financial freedom,” she says enthusiastically. “ Within the next 10 years, I want to become a Marketing Director, a National Marketing Director and an International Marketing Director. I want to take at least three VolunTourism trips and write my mom a $50,000 check.”

Indeed, writing that check to her mom is not only a personal goal, but one she sees as a part of a change in mentality that she hopes to spark within her family.

“I will be the person who changes the family tree by doing something different and having a different mindset,” she declares. “That’s the legacy I want to leave."

On the rare days when she needs a little more motivation, Tessa references a quote, that keeps her grounded in her belief of only having positive vibes around her.

“’A tiger does not lose sleep over the opinion of sheep,’” she quotes.  “If someone doesn’t love WorldVentures, who cares! You love it and you know why you’re doing it. Don’t get caught up in other people’s negativity.”

WorldVentures Congratulates Pam Say

WorldVentures Co-Founders Wayne Nugent and Mike Azcue would like to congratulate Pam Say on her promotion to Senior Representative.  Here are a few words from Pam about her journey to Senior Representative.

As she gains more and more success with her WorldVentures business, newly promoted Senior Representative Pam Say cannot wait to increase her residual income―so she can give the majority of it away!

“My five year goal is to be able to give 80 percent of my income to charities,” Pam says.

It’s a lofty goal, but Pam is reminded every day how much she has and why she continues to work so hard to grow her business.

“The days I’m not motivated, I go and take a walk,” she says. “I look around and see those who are having a hard time using what they have and I realize I have much to be thankful for and I’d better get to making sure I use it!”

Impacting her life and those around her are definitely a part of Pam’s plans as well.

“I know WorldVentures is going to help me travel with my husband John,” she says. “We want to go to Hawaii, Mexico and Italy and we definitely want to participate in some VolunTourism trips. And in the future, we’d like a fun and relaxing dream home!”

Pam credits her inner-circle with having the most impact on her success.

“The single strategy of staying around positive people who share my goals and enjoy the journey was definitely effective,” she shares. “I imagine a number ‘10’ on every person’s forehead and expect the best out of them and treat them well.”

As far as advice for other Independent Representatives, Pam is happy to share words that she wishes she had heeded sooner—but that are now making her a better example.

“Profits are better than wages,” she said. “I want to be able to give people hope and be the leader they need and to help my team reach their potential.”

A Goal-Setting Go-Getter at WorldVentures

WorldVentures Congratulates Ntombi Mkhize

WorldVentures Co-Founders Wayne Nugent and Mike Azcue would like to congratulate Ntombi Mkhize on her promotion to Senior Representative.  Here are a few words from Ntombi about her journey to Senior Representative.

When she joined WorldVentures, new Senior Representative Ntombi Mkhize made a vow that, along with a lot of dedication, helped her ascend the ranks and become successful with WorldVentures.

“Never quit!” she says. “Before WorldVentures, I quit almost everything I started. When I came on board, I made a critical decision to never quit this company.”

Ntombi credits her attendance at local training sessions and participating in travel parties as key tools to her success so far, staying motivated by her team and her desire to make a difference in each of their lives. For new “mobile-preneurs,” she has a few words of advice.

“Believe in the product and above all, believe in yourself,” she urges. “Believe that you will achieve your goals no matter how challenging they are.”

Personally, Ntombi has very specific goals for her own continued growth and is well on her way to accomplishing them.

“In one year, I’d like to be semi-retired and have my mother retired as well,” she shares. “In five years, I want to be fully retired and focused on training others on how to achieve financial freedom. In 10 years, I plan on just enjoying life and all that it has in store for me.”

As she works towards her goal, Ntombi indulges a personal passion she has for helping others, a huge part of being a part of the WorldVentures family.

“Zig Ziglar said, ‘If you help enough people get what they want, you ultimately get what you want,’” she says. “I love helping others and knowing that what you do to others, comes back to you. I am passionate about people and seeing them achieve big things in their lives.”
