I mean, again...the groundwork was pretty much already there. This part of the patch isn’t a bonus, it’s damage control.

So that statement is wrong on two different levels. I think you made the right call.

im not entirely sure? i think it might be a paparazzi shot, but the picture quality is also less than great so im also inclined to think it might be from a cellphone.

The only reason I am asking is because the laws for paparazzi are extremely though in Monaco (even more than France, and the French are ridiculous -in a good way- with their privacy laws due to what happened to Lady D)

To take pictures (as a pro) you have to apply months prior to get your “license” (like, applying for a visa to visit a country), and you need ulterior “licenses” to take pictures in other places (such casino square). The fines are pretty hefty, and not only the photographer can be prosecuted but also any magazine/publication that publishes it (they all know better lol).

So, if it was a paparazzi and the pic was shared on a recognized publication? He was allowed to. If it was a fan? Idk if Ferrari’s PR would want to follow up with that at Seb’s request. They could, but it would be time consuming
