Call It Off

Call, break it all off. 

And that's what I plan on doing. Maybe I did have a crush on him. Just maybe a small part of me hoped that he felt the same. But it's time to get over my silly dreams and wishes. I'm not child anymore and people get hurt when they think this way.

We're friends and that's it. Joking, laughing, teasing, arguing, crying, all of it, is in the name of friendship. No emotional drama, hidden meanings, or miscommunication.

There's no custody battle here, or assumptions, just truth. I know when it's time to step back, and it's my time.

Plus let's just face this now, I never had a chance to begin with. But that's cool, I'll live through this without any scratches.
