Sirius’ neck cracked as his head whipped towards Lily, his mouth instantly opening and letting out a gasp so loud that some Second years jumped and turned around. However, the young wizards didn’t even have time to frown before going back to their homework as soon as they realised where the sound was coming from. And since Sirius couldn’t care less about bothering humans, his next words were yelled as he failed to grasp what had been said to him.
“YOU AND JAMES MADE OUT?!” He exclaimed in a high-pitched voice before throwing his hands in the air and clutching his hair. “FOR MERLIN’S SAKES ARE YOU FUCKING SERIOUS?!” He yelled again, staring with wild eyes at Lily as if she had just grown a pair of balls. He couldn’t put words on the level of thunderstruckness and betrayal that he felt, and his heart was ready to jump off his chest.
