John is the designated mattress/pillow, Ava, Bob and Yelena all sleep practically dog piled on top of him. This also applies for just sitting on the couch cuddling.

Occasionally one of the others will take over as the mattress, but 9/10 times they all just dog pile on John.

Bob loves playing Stardew Valley, and at one point Yelena gets badly hurt on a mission so she gets benched for a week, during that week he forces her to play Stardew with him, resulting in her also becoming obsessed with the game.

Eventually Ava ends up getting board one day and joins them, then at one point they forced John to play with them. Now on lazy evenings (especially after a hard mission) all four of them cuddle up on the couch in the common room and play Stardew together.

John hates fishing and at one point he got so frustrated with it, it resulted in him throwing a Joy-Con across the room, so now he is forced to wear the wrist strap whenever they play to prevent anymore broken controllers.

Originally the polybolts (Ava, John, Yelena and Bob) weren't gonna tell the public about their relationship as they knew certain members of the public wouldn't approve and they didn't need more people against them.

That lasted for a good month or two until all 4 of them got caught making out with each other at a bar.

A bunch of homophobes online started saying it was a "disgrace to Steve Rogers that John Walker was ever named Captain America because Steve would never do something like that" and stuff of that sort

Bucky's response to this was posting an old photo of him and Steve kissing on Twitter.

It shut people up pretty quick.

Yelena, Bob and Ava spent their whole lives feeling unsafe, John spent his whole life wanting to make people feel safe.

Now he gets to do so by giving his 3 partners the feeling of safety and love that they all grew up with out.

Yelena, Ava and Bob can't cook or bake worth shit, none of them have any idea how to. John on the other hand is an amazing cook and baker, he was always good at it but got really good at it when Olivia was pregnant and postpartum, as he always made her whatever she was craving and was responsible for supper most nights as she didn't have the energy, plus cooking and baking worked as a good distraction from everything.

One day after Bob almost burnt down the kitchen, John decides to teach him to cook. Ava ends up joining in on the lesson, while Yelena sits at the kitchen island watching, eventually John ends up forcing her to join in, knowing she needs the lesson just as much as the other two.

Now once a week they all cook/bake something together.

Thankfully the main kitchen in the tower is pretty big, but without fail every time playfully bickering breaks out between them about them being in each other's way. It also isn't uncommon that when their baking a flower fight breaks out.

Occasionally one (or all of them) of them get way too handsy in the kitchen, resulting in make out sessions while things are in the oven.

Y'know how some guys have a preference for what lip chap their girlfriend has on when they kiss them? This, but instead of "some guys" it's the polybolts, instead of a girlfriend it's Bob, and instead of lip chap it's Zyns.

Yelena prefers the coffee flavored ones, John prefers the cinnamon ones, Ava prefers the black currant ice ones.

Also Bob hates the mint flavored ones (If I have to have sensory issues that makes me hate mint, so dose he).

I've never once had zyns nor kissed someone who uses zyns, but according to google these flavors exist, and according to google zyns can affect how you taste when someone kisses you.
