Happich CarryBike! It looks like any 70s-80s ladies shopping bike common in Germany. The separation mechanism is pretty simple and two large bolts to be loosened and frames pulled apart. The clicker of Sachs hub gear is used on the cable which needs to be separated which is a neat solution but every time you attach the cable you need to make sure the tension is correct to the desired gear. It has a common 3 speed internal hub gear guessing it to be a Torpedo. It is described as a 26 inch bike but the wheels could be 20, 650A or something in that range. Anyway a rare find which could be yours. Source
