Relationship between Zack & Sephiroth
-- "CCFF7" is the only "FF7" related work in which we can see the human-like Sephiroth, which was very appealing. In "CCFF7," was there anything you were conscious of in the relationship between Zack and Sephiroth?

“In "CCFF7," Sephiroth appears as a hero who is a very good person, but because of Zack’s personality, rather than treating Sephiroth like a hero, Sephiroth and Zack feel that they treat each other as a senior who can be relied on.
No matter how great Sephiroth is as a hero, Zack's presence, who dares to treat Sephiroth in a normal way, is very new to him. And Sephiroth does not make a disgusting face to Zack who treats him like that, but treats him normally and kindly so I think you can understand the relationship and personality of the two people from here.
I think there are moments where you can see that Sephiroth trusts Zack. ”
