14. favourite book you read this year?
a bit sad but. either we really and truly have been so busy as to not have the downtime and energy to read anything this year, or we've just forgotten what books we've read over the past few months of awful mental soupification
the last book i definitely remember reading was a little over a year ago, but: que notre joie demeure by kev lambert. it's a fascinating story centred around the concept how privileged people constantly seek to absolve themselves of guilt and the cognitive dissonance that generates.
22. favorite place you visited this year?
incredibly silly answer but: on our first date with now-girlfriend @hungkitty (hii ily <3) we got stuck in standstill freeway traffic for the better part of an hour, but it was a really nice fall day and she liked my music so. in all, not the worst place for a date (girls will say they know a place and then take you to fucking wellington)
Surely one more phemieC song will fix the hole in my soul surely if I just listen to SFGIL ONE more time it’ll stop being September and everything will be better
