This is Septer. he is a hunter for sirens Seadragons rare creatures. anything he can make money out of. Septer is a captain of a crew of hunters. he is ot in his uniform in this pic more like chill out clothes. Septer has caught lumen once before. when he had him he decided to keep him make him his make him obedient. Septer liked lumen so much because he wasn't a tad afraid of him even after seeing what he was capable of. Septer loved the he wanted to break the creature. he also loved the look of lumen to him he’s beautiful. how he glows and how his marks show due to his emotions. He hunted lumen down ever since he got away. He now wants him for himself. cuz who will mess with him when he’s caught one of the most dangerous and rare creatures of the depths? Septer is addicted to lumen to the point he’ll do anything to get his hands on him. with others of his kind he’s caught he’s killed or sold (depending how they behave towards him) He wants lumen. so he’s going to get him. then make sure he wont leave him again. On lumis point of view he still isn't scared of him but finds him annoying and a possible thret so he has defended other sea creatures sucsesfully without being caught. lumen pretty much hates him. while Septer loves him and wants him. I WILL DRAW HIM LATER WITH HIS PROPPER UNIFORM.

we gotta lumen when he was caught. he did manage to get out. but one certain hunter wants him. he thinks as lumen as a pet. and he wants him and will go to any lengths to catch him. and when he does......he has no intention of letting him go. hunter is the leader of a ship also new oc called Septer.
