~ How To Make Sequin Cascade Earrings ~
You Will Need :
disc sequins, jump rings, the earring wires of your choice.
we used 10mm disc sequins x 30, 5mm jump rings x 30, fishhook earring wires x 1 pair, jewellery pliers.
Instructions :
1. With flat/chain nose pliers, open a jump ring by twisting gently sideways. Slide on a disc sequin and close the jump ring securely.
2. With flat/chain nose pliers, open a jump ring by twisting gently sideways, add the jump ring from the previous step. Slide on a disc sequin and close the jump ring securely.
3. Repeat step 2 until your work is the desired length. Add your chosen earring wire to the final jump ring before closing it securely. We used 15 x 10mm disc sequins and 15 x 5mm jump rings, our earring was 6cm long. Repeat steps 1, 2 and 3 to make a second earring.
Options :
Substitute the sequins of your choice, anything goes as long as they have a hole on the side such as our disc, oval, navette, shell or tusk sequins.
Use more or fewer sequins and jump rings, make your earrings as long or as short as you like, it's up to you.
