We have read 9 out of 15 on this list thus far. Only six more to go. We haven’t decided on a favorite yet, nor have we found one we disliked either. Great selection of books perfect for our middle school readers. Find one interesting to you to start the school year with or read over these hot days of summer. Stitching Snow Review

Just finished reading Stitching Snow by R.C. Lewis

Review:

Not a book I immediately fell in love with... Science fiction/fantasy genres are not my go-to for YA literature. However once I could grasp the setting and the type of world the book takes places, it was difficult to put down. Those that enjoy Hunger Games, Divergent, and other dystopian societies settings will enjoy this story as well. I read this because it is on the 2017 Oklahoma Sequoyah Intermediate Masterlist and it is not my favorite thus far, it is made this list for good reason and I believe my students will enjoy this book like the others on this list
