n: is there a fic you wish someone else would write (or finish) for you?
oooh yes...on both counts! i wish someone else would write the rest of some of my wips.
as for an original ideas regarding mira's plotline:
• fic rewrite that more clearly takes its cues from grrm's westeros than from d&d's
• au where mira and tom both survive and they travel to ironrath together, with their relationship strengthening (or maybe fracturing, idk) on the long and tiring journey north.
• modern high school/college au (lol)
• time travel fix-it fic where mira wakes up in the past, before the events of the game, after being executed/dying in childbirth; she now has to work to change her and her family's potential fates
• pre-game fic of mira leaving ironrath for the south, exploring the character development she undergoes as she comes of age as the handmaiden to margaery we all know and love
• au where cersei blackmails mira when the latter is still margaery's handmaiden, feeding the queen regent private info on margaery's whereabouts and doings in order for the crown to help her family. basically "mira becomes cersei's little bird" au
• fic exploring sera and mira's dynamic
• fic exploring tom's backstory, his childhood in flea bottom and how he came to work for his mysterious employer
• fic exploring sera's childhood as a secret bastard growing up among trueborn nobles
that's all i can think of right now, but it'd be so neat if someone would take a crack at any of them... 🤤
